Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ars Arma. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in GuangZhou, China or Krasnodar, Russia and processed within 15-20 business days (weekends are not business days). This means 15-20 days to leave our warehouse, from there your package is out of our hands and will be in transit with the shipment carrier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For a shipping estimate please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout.  Shipping options will be displayed. As actual shipping charges are frequently updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If you would like the ability to track your order please choose an option that has tracking during checkout. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. 

If you don't receive the confirmation email, chances are that you inputted your email incorrectly! If an account was created on our site, you will also be able to login to view tracking information as well as account information, address book, and order history.

International Shipping Policy

We're excited to be able to offer International Shipping options to most countries. This is through either UPS or DHL. You can see the list of available countries at checkout.   Please note that these packages are large and they are expensive to ship –– you will see the exact amount for shipping and duties at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ars Arma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
