Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ars Arma. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

Orders are shipped from one of our two warehouses depending on item type: regular (non-preorder) items are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China, while pre-order items are shipped from our warehouse in Krasnodar, Russia.

For regular (non-preorder) items, orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders are processed within 45-60 business days (weekends are not considered business days). Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping & Handling Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For a shipping estimate please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout.  Shipping options will be displayed. As actual shipping charges are frequently updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For items that are not pre-orders, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number within 72 hours after your order has shipped.
You can also create an account on our website; after logging in, you will be able to view your tracking information, account details, address book, and order history.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check that your email address was entered correctly.

International Shipping Policy

We're excited to be able to offer International Shipping options to most countries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handed over to 4PX, our international shipping partner. 4PX handles the international transit and, upon arrival in the destination country, will assign a local carrier at random to complete the final-mile delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests to specify a particular local carrier at this time. You can see the list of available countries at checkout.

Please note that for overweight or oversized packages, shipping costs will increase disproportionately — the additional fees will not scale linearly with the extra weight or volume. We recommend keeping a close eye on the shipping amount shown at checkout, as it may change accordingly.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Except for certain countries, Ars Arma is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified for your destination.
