A-20 Pacman Dangler Pouch

The A-20 Pacman Dangler Pouch is a 100g multi-role pouch that hangs under the front panel of your plate carrier. Stuff it with med supplies for a quick-access IFAK, or slide in an optional ballistic panel (sold separately) and you have fragmentation protection for your lower abdomen. Most danglers commit to one job. This one lets you pick: med station today, armor platform tomorrow. Two elastic straps on the bottom hold a tourniquet where you can grab it without looking, and the exterior velcro panel keeps your patches visible.
