A-17 Narrow detachable Medical Pouch

Design
Most IFAKs claim three or four MOLLE columns. The A-17 Narrow IFAK takes two — a 9 cm wide footprint with full-height internal volume. It tucks into gaps on a crowded rig that standard-width pouches cannot reach. Rip-away velcro platform detaches from MOLLE webbing or medical backpack panels in one deliberate motion. At 185g, the weight cost is as narrow as the footprint.
Features
- 2-Cell MOLLE Width — Occupies 2 × 3 MOLLE cells, preserving adjacent columns for mags, comms, or other pouches on a full rig
- Rip-Away Velcro Platform — Tears free from MOLLE or velcro panel mounting for field handoff or buddy aid; mounts flat on medical backpack interior panels
- External Flap with MOLLE and Elastic Strap — Stage a tourniquet or shears on the outside for immediate access without opening the pouch
- 500D Cordura Build — Shell to flap in 500D Cordura

System Integration
The Narrow IFAK threads onto any MOLLE grid across Ars Arma carriers and belts. Its 2-cell width is the right choice when real estate is tight — a cummerbund column, a belt section between a mag pouch and a dump pouch. The velcro base seats inside medical backpack panels for CLS team configurations. Pair it with the Super 76 Tourniquet Pouch or Super 86 LC on the outer flap for a consolidated urgent-care stack.
