The third generation of the SRS body armor, adapted for Russian law enforcement personnel.
This modular body armor is based on a polymer corset that literally hugs the body, preventing the vest from sagging during active movement and promoting a more even weight distribution. The internal corset is equipped with pads that provide several functions: increased comfort, excellent ventilation thanks to wide air channels, and reduced trauma due to behind-the-barrier injuries.
The body armor can be used with the full range of front panels and Zip-On backpacks. This allows for changing the type of ammunition or its number for different use cases.
The body armor is part of the StKSS system, which consists of StKSS supports, which, when paired with our Atlas and Iglokhvost belts, transfer weight from the shoulders and back to the hips. This reduces the risk of common spinal injuries and increases endurance.
The third generation includes the following changes:
The back strap has been reinstated, replacing the MOLLE Minus technology.
The cummerbund is now sewn deeper under the back cover, providing more reliable coverage of ballistic elements.
The shoulder pad is now removable for better compatibility with the neck protector.
The shoulder strap for attaching the shoulder pad has been modernized, with a lower profile thanks to thinner materials.
The corset tooth is now much more comfortable to insert into the groove on the front cover due to the increased groove rigidity.
