Design
Grab the handle, pull, and your IFAK opens to a flip panel with elastic cord organizer on one side and an elastic-strapped rear pocket on the other. Two organized compartments in a 150g package. Side MOLLE lets you stage a tourniquet or CAT on the exterior without consuming internal volume. Velcro closure snaps shut as quickly as it opens. Everything indexed, everything reachable.

System Integration
The Med 99 mounts via MOLLE on Ars Arma plate carriers, battle belts, and backpacks. Side MOLLE columns accept tourniquet pouches — the Super 76 or Super 86 LC — for a consolidated medical station on one section of your rig without competing for the Med 99's internal volume.
